Two-poles antiparasitic element FC 177
Construction and design:
The C element is created of the antiparasitic capacitor from metallized polyester foil. The formation of C element is pluged in prizmatic case made of plastic matter and sealed with epoxy resin. One output (+pole) is created by the heatresistant cable LYQJ with A 0,75 mm (black color) and it is ended by the cable eyelet A 6,1 mm AMP 140 731-3. The cable is protected by the shrink spaghetti AMP ALF 100 3,2/1,6 (black color) 727018-1. The latter pole (-pole) is taken out on the connection clip.
The C elements are with their construction, configuration and functional features determined to application on all of the basic alternator's types for the motor vehicles with rated voltage 6 - 28V. They assure the decrease of the level of the alternator's emitted parasitic terminal voltage to the motor vehicle's dash net, optionally they limit the parasitic voltage on the terminal of the electric equipement.
It is tested on the RLC bridge ČSN 35 8291-2 IEC 384-2 by 1 kHz, part 2 art. 4.2.2., accuracy class of the RLC bridge is 1%. The C parts are usually produced with rated capacities 4,7 mF, 4,4 mF and 2,2 mF. The allowed tolerance of the rated capacities is max. +/- 20 %.
The C part is tested for time of 2000 hours in the mode rated in the article no. 141 of the Technical Conditions for the alternators no. 4-9938680. After the test and the acclimatization lasting at least 2 hours by the standard conditions, there can't be any mechanical damage or the loss of the functional features. The change of the capacity can be max. +/- 10 % of the value measured before the test. Variation of the temperatures:
