Construction and design:
The feedthrought LC element is created of p link compacted of the capacitor from the metallized polyester foil and the coil with ferrite core. The formation of the LC element is pluged in the steel tin plated case and sealed with the epoxy resin. The input cables are made of the heatresistant conducter LYQJ A 0,75 mm (white colour). The third output is created by the case of the LC element. In these Technical Conditions is described only the basic type of the produced LC element. However its construction allows large variability of the modification. Basic on the customer's request is possible to insert various values of the capacities, induction and modification of the outputs.
The LC elements are with their construction, configuration and functional features determined to the application on all of the basic alternator's types for the motor vehicles with rated voltage 6 - 28V. They assure decreasing of the level of the alternator's emitted parasitic terminal voltage to the motor vehicle's dash net, optionally they limit the parasitic voltage on the terminal of the electric equipement.
It is tested on the RLC bridge ČSN 35 8291-2 IEC 384-2 by 1 kHz, part 2 art. 4.2.2., accuracy class of the RLC bridge is 1%. The LC parts are usually produced with the rated capacity 2x2,2 mF and the inductance 80mH. The allowed tolerance of the rated capacities is max +/- 20 %.
LThe LC antiparasitic element have to bear without failure the test of durability of the equipement in the mode rated for the given type of the equipement. After the test and the acclimatization lasting at least 2 hours by the standard conditions, there can't be any mechanical damage or the loss of the functional features. The change of the capacity can be max. +/- 10 % of the value measured before the test.

frost: - 40°C for the 30 min
dry warmth: + 100°C for the 30 min
